There is no way to know for sure i ch you are chatting, but you can definitely know where you connect the person with whom you chat! How? Simple, "sniffing" your IP address! Nothing hallucinogenic, just a little program to be initiated during a session di chat in cui sono attive o una videochiamata, o una conversazione audio, una lavagna condivisa o uno scambio di file. Inoltre tutto nella legalità, non si fa altro che controllare il proprio PC con chi si mette in contatto, privacy di che ?
In questo modo è attivo un contatto diretto fra gli utenti, che permetterà ai due IP di entrare in contatto, e qui lo snifferemo!
Usate SmartSniffer scaricabile da QUI , non servirà installarlo ma solo posizionare l'eseguibile dove volete (io ce l'ho nella barra delle applicazioni), lo aprite e lo avviate cliccando sulla freccia verde, dopodiché confermate la scheda di rete che vi propone lasciando segnato “Raw Sockets (Windows 2000/XP) 
Ecco tutti gli indirizzi IP relativi al trasferimento di pacchetti che il vostro PC compie continuamente.
LOCAL ADDRESS – Il nostro IP locale
REMOTE ADDRESS – Sono gli IP esterni al nostro PC con cui ci mettiamo in contatto
PACKETS - Il numero di pacchetti che si scambiano i due IP
Ora, una volta attivato lo Sniffer, facciamo partire la sessione di chat, attiviamo uno dei servizi elencati sopra e noteremo che una delle righe nella schermata del programma avrà il valore Package che aumenterà considerevolmente. Potremo stoppare con il tasto rosso la cattura, ormai we know that that is the IP address from which you connect the other person!
